Yang Zaiying
Chairman

Ms. Yang Zaiying, born in 1966, is a member of the Communist Party of China,serving as Deputy to the 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th National People's Congress of Guiyang City, vice chairman of Nanming District Federation of industry and commerce, the member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC of Nanming District, vice president of Guizhou Tea Association, vice chairman of Guizhou Green Tea Brand Promotion Association, chairman of Nanming District Tea Industry Zisha Association of Guiyang City, and the labor model of Guiyang city.

Huang Xuetao
President

Mr. Huang Xuetao, born in 1978 and Chinese nationality in, now is playing the role of secretary-general of Guizhou Alumni Association of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and Enterprise Association of Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone. As so far, he has obtained the bachelor's degree and master's degree of Chongqing University, master's degree of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, and is doing PHDof applied finance in Tsinghua University. From 1999 to 2004, he worked as real estate reporter editorfor famous media in Chongqing and Beijing respectively, taking charge of advertising operation. By the end of 2004, he has started his own business which mainly engaged in acquisition, reorganization and operation of commercial real estate. He has successfully operated dozens of commercial real estate projects in Chongqing, Chengdu, Kunming, Changsha, Xi'an and other placeswithout any failure, and gained a lot through successfully cooperating with large-scale real estate company ,like China Resources, Evergrande and China shipping. In 2008, Huang has reorganizedTaisheng group and experienced the transformation process from the media man to the real entrepreneur, from which an excellent business operation group,Taisheng group, has been successfully built.

Gao Hui
Executive President

Mr.Gao Hui, born in 1969, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from Guizhou Radio and TV University in 1990, and is the Deputy to the 17th National People's Congress of Nanming District, Guiyang City. Before entered into Taisheng, he once served as the project manager of Times Square of Friendship group. In 2010, he joined Taisheng group as the executive vice president, engaged in the development and construction application, preliminary planning and other work of the group's subsidiaries. At present, he plays the role of director and executive president in Taisheng group.

Feng Shengquan
General manager of guarantee company

Mr. Feng Shengquan, born in 1968, is of Chinese nationality. He joined Taisheng in 2000 and has successively worked in the tea market, hardware market and financial company of Taisheng group. He is now the deputy general manager of the financial company.

Bao Yanxin
Deputy general manager of Engineering Center

Mr. Bao Yanxin, born in 1985, is of Chinese nationality. He graduated from Management School of Guizhou University in 2011 with a bachelor's degree. In 2012, he joined Taisheng group and successively served as site representative, deputy project manager and deputy general project manager of. He is responsible forproject management of Taisheng group as he has rich project management experience in complex commercial property projects. He is now the deputy general manager of project management centeras well asthe deputy director of brand center of Taisheng group.

Hu Lingling
General manager of smart Service Center

Ms. Hu Lingling, born in 1975, is Chinese Nationality in and a member of the Communist Party of China. She graduated from Guizhou University in 1998 with a bachelor's degree, and has years investment management experience of the household industry. She joined Taisheng group in 2019 and served as the deputy general manager of the Investment Promotion Center. She is now the general manager of the business management center of Taisheng group.

Li Guocheng
Director of brand development center

Li Guocheng, born in 1990, is a member of the Communist Party of China. In 2012, he graduated from the school of Humanities and communication of Hainan University with a bachelor's degree. He is currently studying for the MBA gegree in Chongqing University. In 2012, he joined Taisheng group and successively served as sales director, sales manager and operation director. He has independently taken charge of marketing and follow-up operation of a few commercial real estate projects in Changsha, Xi'an, Luoyang, Guiyang, achieving good results in the field of commercial real estate management. He is now the project manager of Taisheng group.

Su junbing
Deputy general manager of development center

Mr. Su junbing, born in 1970, is of Chinese nationality. He graduated from the Physics Department of Guizhou University in 1992, and has years of working experience in Guangdong and Guizhou real estate development companies. As a business expertise in real estate project management, investment and development, he joined Taisheng group in 2013 and is now the deputy general manager of investment and development center of Taisheng group.

Li Yongjun
Deputy general manager of Taisheng property

Mr. Li Yongjun, born in 1975, is of Chinese nationality. He graduated from Changde Teachers college in 1997 and entered into a property management company in Shenzhen in 2002. He ahd successively served as the order leader, order supervisor, club director and manager assistant there,and then, in 2006, he obtained the employment certificate of property management enterprise manager, and was dispatched to Jiangsu branch as the man at the wheel in 2009. In 2013, he has been engaged in property management in Guizhou and was awarded the honor of excellent project manager of Guiyang property management in 2016. He joined Taisheng group in 2018 and has been deputy general manager of Taisheng property management company since then.

Zhong Zhengmei
Financial Center Manager

Ms. Zhong Zhengmei, born in 1973, is of Chinese nationality. She graduated from the Art Department of Guizhou University for Nationalities in 1998. She has been working in Taisheng group since 2009 and successively served as the cashier, accountant, accountant in charge and now is promoted to the financial manager of the planning and finance center of Taisheng group.

Zhu Heyong
Marketing Center Manager

Mr. Zhu Heyong, born in 1989 with Chinese nationality, graduated from Chongqing Three Gorges University with a bachelor's degree of economics in 2013. He has been engaged in real estate sales for many years and has successively served as sales consultant, sales director, sales Deputy Manager and sales manager. He sold many projects and won high praise in this field. He joined Taisheng group in 2013 and is now the marketing manager of Taisheng group.
